Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Orion platform ("Service") operated by Steep Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before registering.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Orion. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You must have a valid Steep Account to access the platform.
2. Service Availability
Orion is generally available to anyone with a valid Steep Account. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; we may update, change, suspend, or occasionally interrupt it, and it may be subject to downtime or changes without prior notice. Access to your account may be suspended or revoked if you violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Share hate speech, discriminatory content, or content that glorifies violence.
- Distribute spam, malware, phishing attempts, or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Upload or share illegal content of any kind.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service infrastructure.
- Circumvent account bans or restrictions.
- Use the AI assistant, bots, or webhooks to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
4. User Responsibility & Liability for Content
You are solely and fully responsible for all content you post, share, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service, including but not limited to messages, files, images, links, and any other material.
Steep Technologies is a platform provider and acts solely as a technical intermediary. We do not monitor, endorse, or assume responsibility for user-generated content. Any illegal, harmful, or otherwise prohibited content or activity originating from your account is entirely your own responsibility.
If you use the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable law — including but not limited to distributing illegal content, infringing intellectual property rights, fraud, harassment, or any other criminal conduct — you bear sole legal liability for such actions. Steep Technologies shall not be held liable in any form for damages, claims, fines, or legal proceedings arising from your misuse of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steep Technologies and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Orion platform, including its design, software, and branding, belong to Steep Technologies. You retain ownership of the content you post but grant us a limited license to store and transmit it as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
7. Service Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable to you for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Steep Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
10. AI Features & Payments
Orion includes an AI assistant ("Soark"). You can enable or disable it at any time, and you remain responsible for how you use its output. Content you share with Soark is used only to generate your response and is never used to train models or for any other secondary purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid features such as Orion Plus and server boosts are processed through our payment provider. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Unless required by applicable consumer-protection law, purchases are final.
