Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Orion platform operated by Steep Technologies.
1. General Policy
All purchases — including subscriptions, licenses, and one-time purchases — are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to review any paid features carefully before purchasing.
2. Paid Features
Orion offers paid features such as Orion Plus and server boosts, processed through our payment provider, Shopier. The terms in this policy apply to all such purchases. Your card details are handled solely by the payment provider and are never seen or stored by Steep Technologies.
3. Exceptions
A refund may be issued at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- A verified technical failure on our end that prevented you from accessing the paid Service for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours, and for which we were unable to provide a resolution or credit.
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our part.
- Applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.
Refund requests based on general dissatisfaction, underuse, or change of mind are not eligible.
4. How to Submit a Refund Request
To submit a refund request, email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your Steep Account username or email address
- The date and amount of the purchase
- A description of the issue or reason for the request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
