By accessing or using Steep (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Steep.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Steep and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Founder. Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized replication of our proprietary algorithms is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion, without notice and without providing a reason. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Any breach of security must be reported immediately.
In no event shall Steep, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Steep and its licensee and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
Steep is a privately managed environment. Access is a privilege, not a right. The Service reserves the right to implement "Geofencing" or "Network Restrictive" measures to protect its proprietary interests without prior notice. The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any user, region, or network at its sole discretion without obligation to provide justification. No party shall have any claim against the Company for exercising these protective measures.
